Bethan Rees

I am a Trainee Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing department. I graduated in 2016 with a Degree in English Literature and have since completed the Graduate Diploma in Law.  I am experienced in dealing with all aspects of conveyancing transactions including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases.

Lucie Brooks

I joined the firm as a paralegal in August 2022, having moved to South Wales from Portsmouth. I graduated with a First Class Degree in Law from the University of Warwick in 2020. During the pandemic, I took the opportunity to gain some practical legal experience and worked at Guildford Family and County Court as a clerk to a circuit Judge, sitting in child protection, family and civil matters. I then went on to complete my Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Guildford.

I am now a Trainee Solicitor at the firm and currently work in the Crime Department.

Outside work, I am a a committee member of a local racing motorcycle club in Portsmouth, to help organise their sidecar-cross events.
