Jonathan Stephens

Before joining this firm, I practiced as a sole practitioner in Usk. I have always dealt with mainly Agricultural work, and have worked closely with the farming community in South East Wales and further afield for over 40 years.

I became a member of the Agricultural Law Association very soon after it was established in the 1970’s and have been consistently recommended as an expert in agricultural law by the influential and independent directories “Legal 500” and “Chambers”.

I deal with all aspects of Agricultural Law, and agricultural and rural property matters, as well as estate, tax planning and probate matters where there is an agricultural element.
