Children

Once you have made the decision to separate from your partner, often the next (and most important) decision you will have to make will be the arrangements for your children. Where should they live? What contact should the other parent have? Will they be safe etc. All of these questions must be decided with the children’s best interest in mind.

Whilst parents usually want what is best for their children, sometimes judgments can unintentionally be clouded by your own emotions and feelings towards your ex partner. Our family lawyers are here to help you through this most difficult time.
