Our experienced child care solicitors are able to offer expert advice in relation to matters involving social services, which can be an extremely traumatic experience for families. We represent clients in all aspect of child care law including the following:

We offer advice and assistance to parents, grandparents and other family members who are involved with social services over the care of a child. Our team are accredited members of the Law Society’s Children Panel and represent children in care proceedings and other related cases and also undertake guardian work.

We also provide advice to clients who are involved with social services but where no court proceedings have been issued, such as child protection issues and attendance at public law outline meetings.

Public funding is available to a parent or child involved in care proceedings or anyone who has parental responsibility for a child.
