Obtaining a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration

It is always a difficult and emotional time when a loved one has passed away. Our sympathetic and experienced probate lawyers can advise you on how to obtain a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration and will work with you to ease the ordeal of dealing with the following issues:-

• Locating the deceased’s assets
• Valuing those assets
• Carrying out any wishes contained within a Will
• Advising on a Will and any tax liability and how to limit it
• Dealing with the Inland Revenue
• Liaising with other executors, family members and beneficiaries.

Alternatively, on most estates we can offer a fixed fee service for obtaining the Grant of Probate, for £695 plus VAT (together with the Probate Registry fee of £273 plus £1.50 for every copy of the grant).
