Police station advice is non means tested and funded by the Legal Aid Agency free of charge  for all. The police and Duty solicitor call centre have our out of hours contact details and we will always try to ensure an accredited police station adviser attends within 40 minutes of a request. Magistrates and crown court cases can be funded either under the means tested legal aid scheme or with our competitive fixed fees.

Our Solicitors and representatives are all accredited by the Law Society and deal with a wide range of criminal matters. The solicitors in the department are all well know members of the local duty solicitor schemes.
