We act for both employers and employees in disputes that range from disciplinary meetings to representing unfair dismissal claims at the Employment Tribunal. The focus for Employees is to find appropriate solutions or remedies for their Employment disputes. When we act for Employers we also try to find appropriate remedies and solutions to their problems and suggest strategies and policies that can be implemented to prevent employment disputes.

How will I pay?FundingLegal Expenses Insurance We estimate that 80% of our clients who have employment problems have potential cover provided by Legal Expenses Insurance. Many people are unaware that they have this cover because it is often included in their household contents insurance premiums. Employers often have this facility available to them under their commercial insurance policies.
Legal Services Funding For those on low incomes or who are in receipt of benefits, funding is available from the Legal Services Commission subject to an assessment of their income.
‘No Win No Fee’ Some cases are suitable for a Contingency Fee Agreement (No Win No Fee). This will depend on the type of case and we are happy to discuss this option with you.
Private Funding If none of the other means of funding are not open to you, we will take your case on as a privately funded arrangement. We offer our clients a range of ways to pay for our services.
