Criminal 
Our criminal department has expanded over recent years and is now able to offer a wide range of advice and advocacy to both publicly and privately funded clients. Our four Duty Solicitors are accredited by the Law Society and deal with a wide variety of criminal matters ranging from speeding and traffic offences in the Magistrates' Court to more serious cases in the Crown Court.
We provide representation to businesses in relation to prosecutions and investigations instigated by a number of regulatory bodies.
We offer fixed fee services to private clients and hold contracts with the Legal Services Commission to provide publicly funded work. For the benefit of our clients we operate a 24 hour police station call out scheme we also have an additional 2 Accredited police Station representatives..
