Christopher has been involved in several mediations. He has advised extensively on the Companies Act 2006. He has also advised in domain name disputes, including 'cybersquatting', a number of which have proceeded to Nominet's Dispute Resolution Service. Christopher has advised on many partnership disputes and has defended several proceedings brought by an Enforcement Receiver. Christopher trained in the City of London following which he worked at a Top 10 law firm. |
