About Christopher: Christopher specialises in Commercial Litigation. His recent experience includes: bringing several High Court actions for trademark infringement and passing off, with particular emphasis on the internet field of technology cases; advising a German bank in relation to a claim against a partnership; advising an airline with regard to a warranty claim against another airline; and advising a global energy company in a claim brought by a former director. Christopher has been involved in several mediations. He has advised extensively on the Companies Act 2006. He has also advised in domain name disputes, including 'cybersquatting', a number of which have proceeded to Nominet's Dispute Resolution Service.

Christopher has advised on many partnership disputes and has defended several proceedings brought by an Enforcement Receiver. Christopher trained in the City of London following which he worked at a Top 10 law firm.
